Category Details

Adult Climber Catagory

  • Adults are 16 years up to 45 years. There is a male and female catagory.

Youth Climber Catagory

  • Youth climbers under 10 years old enter into their own catagory and are ranked on their qualification round score.

  • Youth climbers between 10 years old and under 16 years old enter either male or female catagories. There is no final round for the youth but they can reach the final through qualification.

  • Youth climbers need to either be supervised by a competant adult or signed off as an assessed climber before the event.

Para and Senior Climber Catagories

  • Seniors catagory is for climbers ages 45 and over, there is a male and female catagory.

  • There is no final round for Para and Seniors catagories but you can reach the final through qualification.

Non Binary Catagory

  • Non Binary enter into their own catagory and are ranked on their qualification round score.

LAB TEST Rules and Format

The Lab Test is a 1 day comp with a self scored qualification round from 10am to 4pm. The top 6 qualifier scores make it to the finals. The finals are independantly judged with an isolation format.
